You have the shopping district of Liverpool One all of two minutes away, the wonderfully quirky Bold Street & all the nightlife of Seel Street within a minute's walk. Located within a secure apartment building alongside other apartments we manage this is the perfect place to enjoy the famous Liverpool nightlife! With basic toiletries provided along with towels, all you need to bring is yourselves! **Please note: For health and safety purposes, the balcony is locked, and access is restricted.** Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
