The house is modern and very comfortable, perfectly suited to a family looking to holiday on the heritage coast. All the local amenities are very nearby and the high street is just a 5 minute walk from the front door. This property benefits from an outside garden area with decking leading into the kitchen through large bi-folding doors. The sitting room has recently had a wood burner installed which is great for those winter months! The super-king can be set up as a twin if required.

Aldeburgh is world-renowned thanks to its connection with Benjamin Britten, the founder of the Aldeburgh Festival, which takes place in June every year. Pastel-coloured 19th Century holiday villas line the promenade and to the east, the pebble beach with fisherman’s huts selling the daily catch.
