A fully refurbished property situated in the countryside, great for walking, near by Pendle, Skipton and the lake district, everything you need for a family holiday, or a cosy break. This holiday home consists of a twin bedroom, with wardrobes and a DVD player, double bedroom with built in wardrobes and a combi TV/DVD player, with free channel's, New sofa bed is situated in the living room, with bedding and pillows provided. There's a new bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin, fully refurbed fitted kitchen with everything you need, including gas oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge/freezer. The living room has a wall mounted TV/DVD, fitted seating area, flame effect electric fire, new furniture in the dining area, which can seat upto 6 people. If a highchair or child's cot is needed, please ask prior to your stay. There is a tarmac drive for your vehicle, and for the new year there will be a patio and seating area for you to dine, or just take in the beautiful views. Also new, Park Dean resorts have invested in super fast broadband, which should be accessable in the new year. All towels, bedding tea, coffee and sugar are all provided, also ironing facilities. ENJOY
