The first floor flat overlooks a large green and a trio of tall birch trees provide a tranquil setting. There is a wide array of wildlife, squirrels and birds can be seen in the trees from the open plan lounge and a variety of aquatic birds gather at the lake in the park which is a short walk away. The large stone walls provide excellent insulation and Combination Boiler heats the hot water and the radiators in the property efficiently. The bathrooms have heated towel rails and waterfall shower heads, the water pressure is excellent. The bedroom has a wardrobe with an iron and ironing board. There are clothes hangers too. The bed has a CASPER mattress and guests often comment how well they have slept. There is a pull out sofa bed in the lounge which provides an additional sleeping space for a couple (2 guests) The apartment is located 5 minutes from junction 2 on the M32. This means you avoid the city centre traffic when approaching from the M4/M5. Deliveroo and Uber Eats is available in this area and are very efficient, often delivering food in under 30 minutes.

The Apartment is next to St George Park which has a beautiful lake along with tennis courts, table tennis, a skate park and a large children's play area. There are 3 local Corner shops within a 5 minute walk and are open until 11pm 7 days. Aldi and Tesco are located a short walk through the park on Church Road. The road is famous for its historical buildings and independent retailers. There are excellent cafe's, pubs and restaurants and are all within walking distance. I recommend the Orchard Cafe, Siam Smile Thai restaurant, The Old Stilage.
