    “Amazing view from house - huge fields behind house. Kitchen well-equipped (has washer and dryer) although some of the equipment was a bit old. House feels very homey and cosy; spacious as well - can easily fit four people. Would recommend this place.”

At The Cottage you are surrounded by peaceful open field views, inside the lounge is tastefully furnished , with ample room to relax in, a smart TV and dining area , from the lounge the kitchen has everything you need to self cater with , good size Fridge freezer cooker microwave, washing machine. Access to the Courtyard is from the kitchen and outside you have seating to relax on, BBQ area. Back in the Cottage is the bathroom with shower, (Septic Tank is on the property for the sewerage). One bedroom is a single bedroom and hosts plenty of hanging space for clothes, The main bedroom is a good size double and is furnished with plenty of hanging space.

WoodThorpe is Located just outside of York and is Only 4.4 miles from York. A really good bus service runs and a large Tescos is not far away. Lots of walks in the area and great connection to the main roads for access further afield.
