Serviced Living Liverpool are a serviced accommodation provider operating across the Liverpool area. We are a family-run business consisting of three brothers, born, raised and residing in Liverpool. We have been operating in the hospitality industry for over 5 years and have built up a large portfolio of serviced accommodation properties. We are passionate about providing high-quality accommodation, combined with exceptional customer service, across our fabulous city. Our portfolio currently consists of over 50 properties, made up of a combination of studio, one and two bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom houses. The properties are based in 13 locations, including Bold Street, Moorfields, Tobacco Wharf, The Docklands, several in The Baltic Triangle Area and we also have a several on the outskirts of the city centre. We specialise in working with large contractors and local businesses, providing affordable accommodation for their employees and business partners when they are visiting or working in the local area.

The Docklands SA is a four bedroom serviced apartment accommodating up to 10 people. The serviced accommodation is comprised of both triple and twin bedrooms, a private bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, a separate shower room and a toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen including a washing machine, a dining room and a large living area with a flat-screen television. Included in the price are Wi-Fi, cleaning services, bedding and towels, and complimentary toiletries.

The Docklands SA is located in the heart of the Liverpool docklands, only a short stroll from the world famous Royal Albert Dock. This pleasant stroll would take you past iconic buildings such as the Royal Liver Building, the Cunard Building, the Port of Liverpool Building and the Merseyside Maritime Museum.
