The flat is well-placed for enjoying all that Edinburgh has to offer while also feeling like a little oasis from the world. The bedrooms are to the rear of the house and so remain quiet despite the delights of the city being on your doorstep. Each bedroom contains a comfortable bed, super-king in the master and king in the second bedroom, and are styled aesthetically. The bright living room is large and appointed with a plush velvet couch, comfortable recliner, well-stocked bookshelf, board games, and Amazon Fire stick. The new bathroom contains a decadent free-standing bath with shower. Finally, the fun kitchen comes with modern appliances and a handy Edinburgh classic, the lazy Susan; or pulley, in the hall. There are several shops where you can buy food nearby and we're happy to make restaurant recommendations. However, if you'd rather have something in for your arrival, breakfast packs (Scottish and continental) can be arranged. Additionally, if you just don't feel like cooking we can offer charcuterie boards as well as a fantastic at-home dining experience with your own private chef. It's been lovingly maintained and decorated with comfort and fun as the focus.

The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet for how central it is. The local pubs are excellent and "The Ardmillan Arms" or "The Diggers" is an Edinburgh institution which often features in "Must visit" lists of pubs. Lothian Road and Princess Street are within walking distance or you can catch a bus from outside the flat. Additionally, there are a variety of restaurants on Darly Road while Polwarth, Bruntsfield, and Morningside are easily accessible.
