I’m over the moon that you are here & always delighted to share what its like owning, running & staying at Geufron Farm in beautiful south of the Snowdonia National Park. And by me, I really mean us – Dean (my husband) & I, plus our two adventure pups, Bracken & Dottie! So, let me explain how Geufron Farm came to be… After well over 2 decades working in online financial services, the buzz of corporate life had finally worn thin for Dean and I. We knew we needed a new challenge. The idea for a place for those who love adventure & the outdoors to recharge from the stresses of everyday life was born on a day spent in the mountains. The search was on to find the perfect spot! In 2018 after much searching across Europe we stumbled upon Geufron Farm, in the south of the Snowdonia National Park. Despite its sorry state at the time, instantly it just felt right. We always knew we had A LOT of work to do to breathe new life into The Old Farmhouse & Barns. Little did we know...

Welcome to The Little Cottage The Little Cottage at Geufron Farm is the perfect retreat for two. With a King bedroom, beautiful living room with log burner and stunning valley views you’ll be delighted with your stay at The Little Cottage. In Summer months & School holidays the is only Little Cottage is available to hire with The Old Farmhouse next door, perfect for extended family holiday or getaway with friends. Hire them together and they benefit from exclusive access to the outdoor heated pool for human guests to enjoy between May & the end of September. . And if you need even more space, we have 5 other holidays homes on the farm which when combined can sleep up to 26 guests.

Geufron Farm is set on the southern fringe of the Snowdonia National Park, an Area or Outstanding Natural Beauty. In an enviable south facing position in the Fathew Valley the mountain & sea views are outstanding and there is plenty to do. The mountain ranges of Cadair Idris & the lower lying Tarrens are ready to explore. Talyllyn Steam Railway passes in the valley and and beautiful Cardigan Bay provides family & dog friendly beaches which are far quieter than those in the North of the Park. Our friendly local pub, The Peniarth Arms, is just a short walk away across the fields in the village of Bryncrug where you can also pick up the signposted walk along Afon Fathew (River Fathew) to the seafront.
