Perfect for both corporate stays and personal bookings, our 3-bed family size home comes with private parking, and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to amenities and transport links. Accommodation for up to 4 persons, with 3 separate bedrooms (1 doubles, 2 singles). The Marlene is fully furnished, with a large living room, cosy dining room and kitchen. The front garden is available for guest use, along with the rear patio during the summer season. The Marlene is only 1 mile (5-minute drive) from Queen's Hospital, 13-minute drive from Toyota, 6-minute drive to the Granary Wharf Business Park or a 10-minute drive to the Bretby Business Park. The A38 is 10-minutes away. East Midlands airport is a 30-minute drive.

The property is situated at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac, in a safe and picturesque area in Horninglow in Burton Upon Trent - the brewery capital of the world!
