United KingdomGreat place to stay, a proper pub, very good beer, good food and excellent position, particularly for the Isles of Scilly ferry. The staff were really friendly, we’ve got 3 dogs and welcomed with no problem. The guy behind the bar was cheerful happy chatty and smiling, was just what you want, the landlady was nice and friendly and Don the chef was brilliant, got us a lovely early breakfast, really helpful and friendly. Staying there again in September and looking forward to it.

United KingdomWe had booked to stay overnight before catching the ferry to the Scilly Isles. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an excellent evening meal, the room was really clean and comfy so we booked another overnight night stay for when we returned from the Silly Isles.
