The cottage was comfy and cosy, with everything we needed. The central location was perfect for exploring all over the Uists. The beds were comfortable, the shower was fantastic and the log fire was very welcome after a breezy day out on the islands. The hosts were so welcoming and the home cooked scones were a lovely, generous touch that made us feel even more at home. We would definitely stay again.

Number 12 Griminish is a working croft situated in the middle of Benbecula. It is the perfect location for touring the Uists and beyond, and is within easy reach of many of our top trout lochs and bird sanctuaries.
All Guest will be able to access their host for local advice and tips if they require.
Griminish is centrally located. With easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. Having access to a vehicle is recommenced when visiting the Uists. It is ideal for cycling and nowhere is very far away
