Whilst taking good care of guests this means that our clients can relax in knowing their property is being looked after by an expert team in hospitality. Managing over 130 holiday rentals in the city centre we have our own housekeeping team keeping apartments immaculate.

Located in the vibrant business district & a short walk into Liverpool ONE -perfect for business and leisure! **Very steep set of stairs down to the apartment with secure handrails either side - this may not be suitable for those with trouble climbing stairs.** Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
