In the heart of the city centre, this modern, bright apartment is furnished with everything you need for a much-needed break to Liverpool - the perfect base for exploring the city or a cosy night in! Suitable for up to 8 guests our apartment offers two bedrooms, both with a double bed and two super comfy double sofa beds! Featuring a contemporary fitted kitchen, dining and bar space for all guests in the spacious living area and two sparking bathrooms. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
