Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

Water's Edge is a superb marina retreat sleeping up to six over three floors and with stunning views over the water. With a home office to boot, plus driveway parking, this is an excellent choice for those visiting on business as well as holiday makers. The dining kitchen of this contemporary townhouse is on the ground floor. This leads out to a balcony and private patio area with outdoor dining set overlooking the marina. Inside, the dining table seats up to six, and the kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. This floor also has a handy WC. The living room is set on this first floor and offers breathtaking views over the marina - plus access to another balcony with seating. If you can tear yourself away from the water views, there is a large L-shaped sofa and a chair in front of the Smart TV. This middle floor also has the fabulous home office and a kingsize bedroom is situated next to the study. The top floor boasts the final two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a kingsize with an ensuite shower room, while the third bedroom can be set up as either a kingsize or with two single beds.

There are many cafes, restaurants and shops in Sovereign Harbour, which is a delightful marina area. Should you fancy heading further afield the wider culture, shopping and facilities of Eastbourne itself are just a short drive or a pleasant hour’s walk along the promenade.
