The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for six guests, a utility with washing machine, a sitting room with Smart TV and a snug. The bedrooms consist of three second floor bedrooms, 2 x king size and 1 x double, a third-floor king size with Smart TV and another third-floor double, along with a bathroom with separate WC, a second-floor bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed patio with bench and parking is available. Within 0.3 miles you will find a supermarket and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Yewdale is a delightful base from which to explore the delights of Lancashire. Note: From March 2023 you will be required to organise your own waste collection and ensure any dog waste is removed otherwise appropriate charges will apply. From March 2023 the property will have private waste collection. Please ensure all waste and recycling is correctly organised as a possible charge of 20 would be payable to yourselves for any issues reported from the company. The same charge will apply if dog mess is found/left on the patio or in the front garden.
