The manager was extremely accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. She changed our room without hesitation. Beds are very comfortable especially after a long day of walking. Food was lovely and the staff were polite and friendly. Would recommend.

Breakfast was lovely. A good, varied choice, served when you wanted it. Just had to order it the night before, which is ok, it manages waste costs. The staff are lovely and the place is clean.

My room was newly refurbished and very comfortable but ut was tricky to get the bedroom window open and impossible even to reach the bathroom window to open it. So it was steamy. There were no towel rails in the bathroom so the radiator, or floor were the only options. One bedside light was out and although I reported it, the bulb was not replaced.
