Welcome to Cool Premier Apt. (housed within Cool Running Apartments), Grenada: My place is next door to Spice Island Marina, 24 hr. Restaurants and fine dining, night clubs, 5 minutes from the beach, 3 min.: to shops, Barber, Salon and Spa's... You'll love my place because of the brand new King size bed, ( In the living room) the sofa can be made into another bed. (Max. 3 occupation) AIRPORT TRANSFER is now done by approved airport taxi's only, just pay the taxi concerned: The kitchen has nearly everything you would need to make lovely meals, coffee maker or press, a wonderfully central place from which to explore Grenada, the island of Spice, where everything is so nice. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Complementary Maid service Mon.-Fri. and Comp. self-service Laundry, or we can do it for you at a nominal charge. Join us and embark upon a beautiful holiday experience... We also have CAR RENTALS. Let us spoil you...

There is lots to do on this Spice island: famous golden sand beaches, waterfalls, lakes, market places, shops, Duty-free shopping, A beautiful marina next door, 24 hr. restaurants and fine dining in those lovely 5-star hotels... Grenada is a relatively safe country, True Blue even has its own Royal Grenada Police Force, because so many tourists live here and we are super close to the medical school. (St. Georges University) Grenadian's are kind and welcoming to visitors of our nation.
