It seems to be the only place in Batumi without odd odor in the bathroom amongst the other 5 or so properties I visited. Also it's affordable and has more or less quiet location.

The staff are very nice and welcoming. The manager Giorgi welcomed us with a bottle of wine. He also gave us cake because it was his brother's wife birthday. The location is very good and it's not far from beach and Batumi mall. It takes less than 10 minutes only for a couple of laris

Batumi is very touristy so if you have a hire car, this is a very good option, as it is set back a little way from the main tourist sites and is therefore reasonably quiet at night. The room iwas well equipped, with the most comfortable bed I experienced in Georgia, and after asking for a quiet room, I was given one on a high floor that did not look out on the main street. Hot water was good and the man on reception was very polite and helpful - he carried my partner's bag up to the room, which was very kind of him - normally I find, despite me being the male, that I am the one offered help, so she was made up with someone carrying her bag for her.
