This adorable house is close to Ioulida's Piatsa and Kea's trails. There's a mini-market nearby, cafes and restaurants , and a supermarket within a short (admittedly uphill!) walk. The place is kept clean and is well equipped with everything you might need. Marios is an amazing host and can share his knowledge about the place. Just be warned - you'll definitely get lost in the magical alleyways!

The property is a traditional Greek house and although compact has everything you need for a break (we stayed a week). Our host Marios was very helpful throughout, from his communications prior to our trip, to meeting us at the property and showing us around, to collecting the keys when we left. The property is in central Ioulida and close to the bus stop, taxi rank, mini-markets and restaurants. It is also a great centre for hiking (if that is your thing) with numerous waymarked routes.

Wunderbare Lage, fantastischer Gastgeber, traumhafte Aussicht von der Dachterasse, zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in direkter Nähe, und wirklich ALLES im Haus ,was man braucht. Bequemes Bett, sehr ruhige Umgebung, wir haben uns im / auf und vor dem Haus die ganze Woche sehr entspannt und erholt (von den schönen Wanderungen). Vielen Dank, daß wir dort sein durften!

Huisje in het centrum van Loulida, volledig voorzien van alle gemakken. Het huisje is eigenlijk de vakantie woning van Marios waar je in mag verblijven, het heeft 3 levels en een royaal dakterras met tafel en stoelen. Het uitzicht over het dorpje en de zee vanaf het dakterras is prachtig! Je verblijft tussen de Grieken, Loulida heeft geen hotels o.i.d en is dus niet ontdekt door de massa tourisme. Marios is een super host, geeft veel info over het eiland Kea en de restaurants in het dorpje. Er zijn een aantal goede tavernes en een pizzeria in het dorp en 2 minimarkten. Indien je een auto hebt gehuurd moet je deze parkeren buiten het dorp, het dorp is auto vrij dus geen herrie van rondrijdende auto's en motoren

Voor we op Kea aankwamen hadden we al heel prettig contact met Marios, die echt de perfecte gastheer is en zijn liefde voor het eiland graag deelt. Het authentiek ingerichte huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien, het geweldige uitzicht vanaf het dakterras, de ligging etc.
