Recently renovated and bright, without losing the homely element. Very quiet area. Central location in Kalamaria as it is about 10 minutes by car or bus to major shopping centers, airport, KTEL of Halkidiki and 10 minutes on foot to the pedestrian street of Kalamaria In the neighborhood there are pharmacies, supermarkets, cafes, food, bakery as well as a bus stop for the lines from the center and to the airport. Very good choice for business people, families and young couples. There is an option for car rental as well. The space - The place provides 24 hours hot water. - Free Parking on the street. - Free Wifi - Refrigerator - TV - Fully equipped kitchen - Washing machine Location: Very easily accessible point as it is located: - 10 minutes by car or bus from the airport - 5 minutes by car on the ring road that connects the whole city - 2 minutes walk from the stop that leads to the airport and 8 minutes walk from the stop that leads to the center. - 6 km from the city center. - 10 minutes by car or bus to large shopping centers, cinema, super market. - 5 minutes by car and bus from Halkidiki KTEL - 10-15 minutes from the sea
Some things about me... I really like traveling, movies and food. I enjoy meeting people and I have a weakness for animals. I also enjoy horse riding and activities in general.
In the neighborhood you will find one of the most famous pastry shops of the city "Konstantinidis", as well as a supermarket, a bakery, a coffee-takeaway, traditional food around the area, a bus stop 2 minutes on foot that goes to the airport and 8 minutes walk there is a bus stop to the center.
