We are French, eager to invest in Crete by putting our professional plan of renting villas into practice. Part of our project has been already implemented since 2016 by renting our first villa, named Anna's Villa. By season 2017, two other neighboring and newly constructed accommodations, consisted of 10 sleeping arrangements each, will be to rent as well. Moreover, as it is scheduled, an impending villa is due to be constructed next year. Consequently, this is all about a passionate and profoundly considered project of ours that has been settled to be completed on this splendid and generously sunny island full of warm and welcoming local smiles.

Welcome to Cretevaion, our luxury villas are located in Anopoli of Heraklion. From your secluded location, you can have amazing views across the sparkling blue waters of the Aegean Sea and the mountain, while lounging in the private pool. The location of the villas makes them perfect for relaxation, since it is 2 km from the buzz of the nearest village but is easy to reach and explore the famous nightlife. The villa is dressed in white and traditional rocks from the Cretan Mountains, both inside and outside. The cozy interior features comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Outside, you can get your suntan at the loungers next to the pool, but you can have your meals under the shaded pergola. BBQ evenings are highly recommended! The traditional Greek touch is fused with the luxurious and tasteful design of the villa and the colourful sunset view complete the perfect picture that makes every Greek myth a reality. This villas can host from 8 up to 20 guests. Located on the height of Anopolis village, in a distance of 3km from the centre of kokkini Hani to Anopolis, 15km from Heraklion towards Agios Nikolaos on the North coast of the island.
