Impress your beloved ones with our 130 sqm luxurious apartment in Kolonaki, the most aristocratic and safe area in the heart of Athens! Best Aristocratic ambiance (1928 building), luxurious 5* amenities, excellent location, fully renovated in 2017. We tried to keep the house identity characteristics and we did our best to bring it to its luxurious initial stage. If you are looking for the most luxurious apartment in the city center, with modern comforts, the charming 4-meter floor-to-ceiling windows and the best hosts you ever had, this is the right place for you! With two bright and airy bedrooms (with king size-beds) on the ground floor, and one smaller cozy bedroom in the attic (single bed), all with luxury feather pillows, cotton linens and black-out curtains, it can comfortably accommodate up to five people. Each bedroom is equipped with a safe box and complimentary TV (CNN, BBC, TV5 and more) as well as special reading lights in case you are a literature lover. Extremely fast WIFI (200Mbps fiber optic) is available throughout. A beautiful balcony to enjoy the Attic light and sun! All rooms are equipped with heating and air-conditioning units.

Explore the most chic neighbourhood of central Athens with its vibrant coffee-culture and top end restaurants. As one of the leading shopping areas of Athens, enjoy the myriad of shops that Kolonaki has to offer from exclusive brand names and haute-couture, to unique high-end boutiques. It is also just under the picturesque Lycabettus Hill, which offers amazing 360° views of Athens. All of central Athens and the most important sites the city has to offer are within walking distance, or just one metro stop away (Parthenon, the Agora, Plaka, Monastiraki, the Parliament with the changing of the guards, the National Garden, the Panathenaic Stadium).
