Ethereal villa is a luxurious, brand new Villa, set in 2000m2 of private grounds and located in Panormo, a beautiful traditional village on the north coast of Rethymno. The villa is conveniently located just 10m from the sea with two pristine virgin beaches lying just in front of the villa, giving the visitor the choice of sunbathing or swimming in privacy at any time. A fully organized beach is a few steps away, while the center of the village is within short walking distance. The villa boasts 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 WC and can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a master bedroom, a double bedroom elegantly decorated with build-in wardrobes, 4K TVs and a master luxury bathroom with shower spa. There is also a fully equipped with top-grade amenities kitchen with a dining table, a living area with a 43’ inch 4K TV, a fireplace and a separate dining area. The outdoor area of Ethereal Villa features a private swimming pool with sunbeds, poufs, outdoor dining and lounging furnitures providing the perfect atmosphere for the visitor to relief stress and anxiety while being attracted by the panoramic sea view of the Aegean Sea. Allow yourself to be carried away -Starting 01/01/2024, a new tax “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge” was introduced, requiring a fee of 1,50 euros per night from March to October and 0,50 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival.

Ethereal Villa is located in Panormo, a traditional seaside village. Panormo belongs to the network of “the most beautiful villages of Crete” and has met a fast development during the last decades, without however losing its traditional character. It is located in the North Coast of Crete, 22km East from Rethymno, 80km from Chania and 55km West from Heraklion. In Panormo there are actually two main beaches and a few smaller ones. The harbor (Limanaki) beach serves as the port of the area. It is sandy and the sea has clear water. It is ideal for families with small children, as it is shallow and its cement pier protects it from waves. The second main beach named Limni is located just 200m west of the village. Similarly to Limanaki beach, it’s sandy, well protected by a rocky pier. Even further to the east, there is a small cove with a pebbly beach, ideal for seclusion and snorkelling. Panormo, owing to his fast development offers all the necessary amenities such as mini-markets, doctor’s office, pharmacy, bakery, traditional gift shops, jewellery shop etc. Car rental companies, taxi service and tourist office organizing daily excursions are also available.
