This space of 40 sq.m.,includes a double bedroom , a living room, a small kitchen (mainly for breakfast) and a bathroom (as seen in the floor plan,4sq.m with a shower 70cmx70cm). Cotton sheets are provided along with hypoallergenic cushions, a stereo, a flat TV, a laptop desk, a safe box, spacious cupboards, an espresso machine, milk, sugar as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner. You will also find a guide with my personal preferences in bars, cafes and restaurants. Safety is ensured with a safety door, equipped with a digital code door lock. In a 50m distance, there are a lot of parking areas the parking that I propose is aproximately 300meters far from my apartment and it costs:24 hours 15 euros,1/2 hour 2 euros,1 hour 4euros,7:00-16:00 7euros,16:00-23:00 7 euros,23:00-7:00 5euros. After the 3rd day without an extra cost and every other second day there is cleaning of the apartment and change of bed sheets and bath towels .
A newly renovated flat, located at the heart of the city centre and just 5 seconds away from the seafront. The street of the building has gathered famous brands such as Juicy Couture, Ermenegildo Zegna, Hugo Boss, Dsquared2 etc. Seconds away, you’ll find coffee shops, the city port as well as the city’s emblem, the White Tower. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies are all a breath away from the flat. Public transport is easily accessible.
