Amazing view, perfect location, cosy and spotless clean, tranquil atmosphere, kind and attentive host… We cannot recommend Niovi Apartments highly enough even though we are risking to have difficulties booking it again in the future ☺️

The apartment has a wonderful view to the sea. We loved the little village and the people who where warmly and friendly. Especially the host Yiannis was very warm-hearted and gave us many tips and answered all our questions. There were almost no tourists, which was very pleasant.

Niovi felt like home for us, we really fell in love with the place and the people.. around Niovi you can find the most beautiful beaches with the most clear blue water.. the apartment was big enough for the three of us, it had everything you need for a quick meal and it was very clean and comfortable, the view from the balcony was really beautiful and you could hear the waves in the morning, it was very relaxing 😌 Thank you Yiannis for being there for us every time we needed something, thank you for making this trip unforgettable and, last but not least, thank you for all the beautiful memories 😁

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία & θέα, όπως στις φωτό! Πλησίον μικρή ανοργάνωτη παραλία, με άμμο & σκιά, φύκια σχετικά νωρίς, πολύ όμορφη. Πιο δίπλα (πολύ κοντά, έως και με τα πόδια πας), μεγαλύτερη παραλία, οργανωμένη, με κάθε είδους επιλογή (τραπεζάκι ή ξαπλώστρα & θάλασσα, βότσαλο ή άμμος). Το μέρος υπέροχο για απόδραση, ιδίως με παιδιά, έχει τα πάντα (φαρμακείο, super markets, ωραίες ταβέρνες). Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο (έξτρα πόντοι στην καθαριότητα), σερβίρεται πρωινό, ανάλογα της κράτησης ή και έξτρα, επαρκέστατο και νοστιμότατο (φυσικός χυμός, γιαούρτι, φρούτα, ψωμί, scrambled eggs ή τοπικές λιχουδιές - πιτάκια, ανά περίσταση). Ο κ. Γιάννης Περήφανος, νέο παιδί και σωστός επαγγελματίας, ευγενέστατος & καλοσυνάτος, εξυπηρετικός στα πάντα! Το κατάλυμα πολύ άνετο, με όλα τα comforts, ομοίως και το μπάνιο. Εύγε, στο επανιδείν!

Sehr netter und kompetenter Gastgeber. Yiannis hat uns mit tollen Tipps unterstützt und uns mit Informationen zur näheren Umgebung und diversen Stränden versorgt. Einfach ein "perfekt host". Das Apartment war sehr sauber und wurde alle zwei Tage vom sehr freundlichen Personal gereinigt. Vom Balkon hatte wir einen wunderschönen Blick über die Bucht und den Hafen. Wir hatten eine ruhige und erholsame Zeit in Agio Apostoloi - ganz wie erhofft.
