PRIVATELY OWNED SHORT-TERM RENTAL/No cleaning service during your stay. Our 45sq apartment is located in a quiet house complex with a spacious shared gated courtyard, right between the sea and a pine forest in Halkidiki. It is a two level apartment on the first floor and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary facilities, living room (sofa bed), bathroom with shower on the first floor and 1 bedroom on the upper level with one double bed and an extra space with one single bed .The balcony view to the sea and Mt Olympus is breathtaking. The apartment is located on a one breath distance from a sandy and quiet beach. It is the ideal summer house and absolutely safe for children. You can literally check on them swimming while sitting on the balcony. The view of the sunset is just amazing. It is close to a lot of local tavernas, restaurants and bars, just a 10-minute walk from the village center. This is a fairly lively place from June until September Most shops open from May until the end of September in Fourka. Please check your messages in the platform for more information.
We will be more than happy to welcome you to our little piece of paradise. Under the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed. No unregistered guests are allowed in the property.
The apartment is in a quiet family house complex with a big yard with olive trees and palm trees, at the end of a long beach, therefore not accessible by many people. The sea is right on your feet and behind the houses there is a pine tree forest. At night you can fall asleep with the sound of the waves and the smell of the sea breeze. The sunsets are amazingly colorful and the view to M.Olympus will amaze you.
