When this luxurious wooden villa was built, it was inspired by the architectural style of Switzerland’s mountains. It's located right next to Pefkochori village, at a quiet residential neighborhood. The house boasts direct access to a fantastic beach and has also a garden which is filled with a lot of different tree species. The vintage house has two floors, a kiosk with a living room and a kitchen and a parking lot for 4 cars. Its balcony has a fantastic view to the Toroneos Bay.

Right next to the property, there is one popular Beach Bar. Generally, there is no problem with noise, plus it's a great advantage if you want to socialize... You can drive from Thessaloniki (airport or city) to Pefkochori, the distance is approximately 85km and you will need an hour or so...
