The property is used as a Student Home during the year except summer season. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood named "Saint John", because of Saint John's the Baptist cathedral, which is very close. The apartment was fully renovated and modernized six years ago and upgrated in May 2020. The basic and charming characteristic is the student's room, which counts only 8 sq. meters, includes everything and attracts the students. It is only 450 meters away from the nearest beach Rapsani and 800 meters away from down town. Students prefer it because of its easy access to any place at any time. The Main Bus Station is only 700 meters far, which has connection with the Airport, and main Greek cities Thessaloniki and Athens. Transfer from Kavala airport can be arranged for reservations at least five nights.

The neighbourhood is really peaceful, quite and advantageous with many amenities. Pharmacies 3 in Venizelou Str, 80 meters far, Mini Market 50 meters away, Super Market 150 meters away, Pastry shop with fantastic home made recipy ice cream just across 20 meters away, Bakery 40 meters away. If you walk to Venizelos Str., 80 meters away, you can enjoy many varieties of greek street-junk food like gyros-doner.
