If early morning swims are your thing, this newly renovated apartment is perfect. Situated in the suburb of Vouliagmeni, on the Athenian Riviera, it is directly across from the beach. Tastefully decorated, it has one large bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a large wardrobe. The lounge room has a very comfortable sofa bed and a large TV and the kitchen is fully equipped. ( In total, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person or child, and there is a sofa bed for two persons in the lounge room.) The large balcony overlooks the garden and is perfect for a morning coffee or a relaxing glass of wine before dinner.

Vouliagmeni is at the heart of the Athenian Riviera and is surrounded by beautiful beaches. Across the road is Akti Vouliagmeni, an organized beach perfect for families. A short distance away is the famous Astir beach, with its excellent amenities and beautiful waters. Also, close by is Vouliagmeni Lake. With its thermal springs and beautiful landscape, this is a hidden treasure. Directly across from the apartment is a park which is perfect if you have children in need of entertainment Trendy bars, restaurants, and cafes are all within walking distance and Glyfada shopping area is a 7-minute drive away. Public Transport is 50m away.
