Villa Kira is a new residence situated in one of the best locations of Parga. It's peaceful but nearby the city and beach. The residence has a shared secluded private driveway. The design is sober and stylish, adapted to the surroundings and integrated into the landscape.The newly landscaped garden with local flowers and plants adds the finishing touch. The residence comprises of two floors (ground floor, basement), each with their own entrance. This makes it possible to have two families stay or to give the children their own space. It's obviously also possible to rent just the ground floor. Each level is 90 m² in size and has its own bathroom and two bedrooms. To make the outdoor experience even better, the villa provides a terrace of 180 m² (of which 50 m² is covered), accommodated with lounge, reclining chairs, tables and chairs. Connected to the terrace there's the infinity swimming pool of 9x3.5m. It makes for an astonishing view of the Ionic Sea.
The Villa is situated in one of the most beautiful locations of Parga, on a ridge between the old centre and the beautiful Valtos-bay. The south-west orientation provides you with sun all day long. The view is phenomenal to say the least: wherever you are, you'll be impressed by the view of the castle of Ali Pacha and Antousa, the isles of Lefkas, Antipaxos and Paxos, Valtos beach and the harbor. The location is an oasis in bustling Parga: the castle is only a 400m walk and Valtos Beach 500m. The residence also has a private driveway so parking is never an issue.
