The location of the place is great! The access of the apartment is excellent even if you are with a car. The kitchen has been fully stocked! You can prepare your breakfast, make a coffee and enjoy them. George, the owner of the house, is highly kind and helpful host we ever met. He respons to every question you have. So, we were impressed by his attitude as great host! Hope to visit his house again :)

It is exactly as described, and for me, who only spent the nights there but was outside all days, it was perfect. It is absolutely quiet there - not facing the main busy street but actually the backside of the building. I think this is a perfect place to have a cosy refuge, comfy bed, all equipment needed to prepare a nice breakfast, have a warm shower, blowdry your hair etc. and spend the day or do the business you came for somewhere in Thessaloniki. I liked all the little thoughtful details of the host in setting up the apartment (i.e. the rubber slippers to handle the wet floor in the bathroom after showering :)) and providing all possible info and FAQ one could think of. The host sent all sorts of important and helpful information beforehand and also provided a guideline in the apartment. No further communication was needed, but I am sure he would have helped out with anything that could have come up.

This is a wonderful property to stay at, ideally situated on one of the main streets of Thessaloniki. Even though it is on one of these main streets, it's absolutely an oasis of calm, you barely hear anything from the outside. The owner is very communicative and provides a wealth of information on how things run within the apartment as well as places to go. The price is right, and you're very close to a large amount of restaurants and shops - as well ideally suited to see the multiple tourist sites that Thessaloniki offers.
