It is the perfect place for a family. The villa is on hill so the view is superb. The location is perfect if you want to discover the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia. The rooms are big with very nice furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is clean. The owners are really friendly and discreet. I warmly recommend this location.

The Sea View is located in Vourvourou in an olive grove at the foot of Mount Itamos, where quietness and privacy is guaranteed and the breathtaking view will leave no one unsatisfied. In addition to farm olives and fruit trees there is a possibility, depending on the season, visitors to glean aromatic plants and herbs, such as oregano, Spearmint, Laurel, Rosemary, Chamomile, etc. The vast sea, the small islands of the bay and the lush vegetation of the mountain that reaches the estate shall ensure a pleasant and quiet environment. The sun that rises behind the Mount Athos, the colorful sunset and the alternations of light at sea offer unforgettable sight. In less than 5 minutes the visitor can reach by car magical beaches of the village or organized beach bars that satisfy all tastes. Taverns, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, fast food, cafe and ATM machines are located inside the settlement, while pharmacies, health center, and police station are located in the nearby village of Agios Nikolaos. The property was built in 2018 and is located on the ground-floor (75 sq. meter) of a building on a hill with a magnificent view. The property has 2 double beds and a large sofa-bed.
