Mondrian Hong Kong reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount from the provided credit cards prior to arrival as a guarantee of reservations. - For bookings paid in advance to Mondrian Hong Kong by credit card, we will request the same credit card upon check-in for verification. If you cannot present the same credit card, you will be asked to make the payment by cash or an alternative credit card upon check-in. - In case of no show or late cancellation, guests will be charged with the service fee associated with the room charge.
