We are a family-run company. We love the area and therefore built these apartments. Please note: In this area a cash deposit on checkIn for apartments is mandatory. It is for you as the next guest ….it’s in your interest, to get an apartment, that doesn’t have to be fixed first. We appreciate your understanding. Part of our House rules: Please behave considerately / quietly in the stairwell and in the apartments. Please do not slam doors. Do not let your children run around. The apartments are large, but not a race track. There is plenty of space outside for that! Please do not leave the air conditioning, dishwasher or washing machine on when you are not in the apartment. These may be defect. If you do not agree with this, you are welcome to cancel your reservation. Our main concern is the other guests and the apartments. There are guests who, for example, let their children make extra noise just because they have paid "enough". We do not want guests like that. We are fair and have fair prices, with over 50% going to taxes and fees, but we want all guests to have a pleasant stay. Thank you for your understanding! Most guests are happy when these issues are addressed.

Welcome to the fantastic view of our new apartments in Pomer 212b and 212c near Pula in Croatia. Feel free to ask 212c gmx net Istria is the Croatian part that lies onto the north and is therefore much quicker to reach. You can expect well-equipped, new rooms furnished in Scandi style (including bed linen, a set of towels) with TV, WiFi, kitchen including dishwasher, induction, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. It’s common in this area to pay a small deposit cash on arrival. Almost all apartments (2 don’t) have a view of the sea with the marina from the living room and one bedroom. The view looks like its painted. The view can often be enjoyed laying in your bed 😉 Our other advantages: everything is new. There is underfloor heating. You enjoy nature because there are no other buildings next to us on one side. You can walk or cycle straight from us. Private parking spaces are plentiful and free. The beach is within walking distance. The best option is the nearby public beach (round pebbles) at Glamping ArenaOne99. There you can eat directly on the beach (3 restaurants). Free toilets, free loungers and a small supermarket are available there. There is also a sandy beach nearby in Medulin, which can be reached in a few minutes by car. There is a new supermarket on site that could even be reached on foot. There are two gas stations nearby. A fruit dealer is within walking distance. From the location you can reach Pula in just about 6 minutes and the Pula airport is also close but not audible. Our apartments are the ideal starting point for many excursions. The surroundings are simply fantastic. That's why we built right here. On the edge of town with few neighbors on one side and lots of nature on the other side. Pomer is a very old place. When you are there you realize why the Romans felt very comfortable. Sitting at the marina restaurant you can enjoy the view of our apartments. Nearby is the Arena Pula, which is like a little sister of the Colosseum in Rome. Then there is Cape Kamenjak with its beach bar or the island of Brijuni as further highlights. There are also many beaches nearby, with each beach having different highlights. A trip to Venice is also possible. You can also enjoy the diverse cuisine of Croatia.
