Family house with a closed garden and parking place for two cars. The 3 star apartment is located on the 1st floor above the owner's apartment in the ground floor. The apartment is about 70 m2 and is consisted of: - 2 bedrooms (bigger and smaller one) with queen size beds and closets; - living room with a sofa, TV/SAT and a table for four; - kitchen with a high table and two bar stools, equipped with all needed kitchen appliances; - bathroom with bidet; - terrace with a big table for four to four persons, a nice view on the neighborhood facing the south, equipped with deployable shades; - corridor connecting all the rooms.
Brankica is an elderly lady living on premise in the ground floor apartment. Available for any question or assistance needed. Takes care of the property and the garden. Denis is her son, fluent in English, Italian and a bit in German. He is mostly processing the requests.
