Property info

The building is located in a peaceful zone, 500m from shops and bank, and 300m distant from the sea. First beach is 400m distant and sandy beach is five minutes drive away. Apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. With its 58 m² size, it offers: two bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two balconies. Living room has a beautiful sea view. Kitchen has everything necessary for preparing a nice meal: fridge, electric stove, water heater, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery. Bedrooms are not air conditioned. Air condition unit is in the living room. Highlight of the apartment is 50 m² big swimming pool where you can freshen' up during those hot summer days. Swimming pool is shared with other guests in the house. You also have WiFi and one parking space. Pets are not allowed.
