We are renting 2 units. One is Apartment with balcony on 1st floor. Other is a small Studio on the ground flor. The Apartment with balcony is a 47m2 apartment on 1st floor of our family house. It is a private apartment with private entrance, with living room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom for 2 persons. There's also a sofa bed in living room for 1 adult or 2 children. The Studio is 30m2 Studio apartment on ground floor next to a local road. It is one-space containing a double bed, small kitchen, table and chairs, and a shower bathroom. In front is an area with table and chairs under a kiwi pergola. This space is shared as a passing with the owners garage. The studio is only suitable for short stays. Both units are air-conditioned, have towels and linen included in stay, a place to sit outside, have washing machine and a rack for drying clothes, fridge with freezing compartment, a filter coffee machine and a water kettle. Apartment on first floor have also a dishwasher and a microwave oven. The local town and amenities: Airport Pula: 10min drive Citi of Pula 15min drive, Fažana 20min drive Supermarket Pula 15min drive, Supermarket Vodnjan 10min drive Beach Duga Uvala 9 km from the house, Pula beaches 16 km from the house (20 min drive) Restaurants 5 min drive (5 km from the house) and further Center of village Marčana 5 min walk Grocery Marčana 5 min walk
I'm a graphic/web designer. Me and my family are renting this apartment as extra income during whole year. Started in 2012 and renting ever since.
Quiet rural surrounding, not a tourist hotspot. The apartment is in a suburb of the village. Marčana is a little town with great position for exploring South of Istria, very close to the airport of Pula. The property is 10 minutes drive away from the airport and 15 minutes drive away from the center of Pula. It is in a private location 100 m away from the main road that runs through the town dividing it in two parts. In the other part which is 10 minutes walk away from the property is the center with small grocery shops, bars, pharmacy, post office and ATM. Also, for a very good restaurant you don't have to drive long – restaurant Luna is only 5 minutes drive away from the property as well as restaurant Vesna whose owners produce delicious Istrian cheese. The nearest nice beach to the property is in Duga Uvala, 15 minutes drive away, or you can visit one of the beautiful beaches in Pula – 20 minutes drive away. Pula has very good gastronomic scene and it abounds with excellent restaurants both in the very center and surrounding areas.
