Apartment is very nice and comfortable.The apartment has two small terraces, a living room that makes an open space with a kitchen, a room with bed for two people, and a single bad room. In addition, in the living room you can find a folding sofa that is suitable for 2 more persons. Apartment is located in peaceful part of Opatija, surrounded by green. Has two terraces with beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay, City of Rijeka and island of Krk. The beach with open showers and restaurant is located 150 m from the apartment as the popular promenade "Lungo Mare", 12 km long, suitable for long walks or running. Along "Lungo Mare" there are sand, gravel and concrete beaches with Caffe bar(everything is located 3 min walk from Apartment Iva). The City of Opatija center is only 300 m away.
I'm Jasenka Jese, Master of Pharmacy, I'm living in Zagreb. I love the beautiful Opatija very much, and I often stay there. Until recently I was the owner of a pharmacy, now, I spend time in company with my friends on coffee and having grandchildren. I like to travel, I've been spotting almost the whole world, my husband and I recently prefer the shorter relations (Europe). Lately, for all known reasons, we haven't traveled.
This is a very nice place. You will just love this place for its great location, and also for the beautiful view on the Kvarner bay you will have. Near the apartment itself, about 5 minutes by foot, is a beautiful sea promenade called ‘Lungomare’ which is 12 km long. Here you can find nice beaches, and it's suitable if you want to take a long walks or a run. In 500m radius you can find: a supermarket, post office, banks, luxury shops, bars, various restaurants, beauty salons, wellnesses, fitness, tennis courts, cinema (open air theatre), Also there is a beach suitable for both adults and children (beach has a blue flag which is official mark the beach is up to the highest standards). There you can find kayaks, jet skis, boats, taxi boats, glass boat… You can relax and allow yourself to emerge in an adventure of one of the organized excursions by boat or by bus... If you just want to wonder around, the bus station is 200 m from the apartment where you have city bus line 32 Rijeka-Opatija-Ičići-Ika-Lovran-Medveja-Moščenička Draga. Also you can always call an Uber or rent-a-car in one of the car rental stores nearby.
