Beautiful apartment with amazing view to the sea, the park and the city! Large panoramic sliding doors to the balcony from the living room allow you to enjoy the sea views at any time of the year and in any weather. In the spacious living room with modern TV, you will comfortably spend the evening, the full-fledged kitchen with a large dining table is fully equipped with all necessary equipment and appliances, which will allow you to cook a variety of dishes. In cozy bedrooms, you and your children will have a good rest, after swimming in the sea and exploring the city. Each room is equipped with modern air conditioning, creating a microclimate in each room at any time of the year. When finishing the premises, only non-allergenic building mixtures and paints approved for use in preschool institutions were used. We built this apartment for ourselves - we love coming back here, again and again, every year, so that we and our children can enjoy swimming, make new friends and get a good tan :) And we hope very much that you'll love this place too!
We are a very close-knit family. We traveled to many countries around the world and most of all we liked this sea and Istria. Therefore, we got settled at this apartment, made high-quality renovation and come here every year to admire amazing views, swim in the sea, meet new friends. We invite you to relax and enjoy our apartment!
A new sports complex at the stadium, an indoor pool, fitness facilities operating throughout the year, are located 200 meters from the apartments. In the park in front of the house the equipped treadmill begins, through the park, along the sea. The public bus stop is located 20 meters from the exit of the house. In the spacious parking lot in the yard or in front of the house, you can safely leave your car at no additional cost.
