Located in old city of Opatija, this property is set in a historical building and still possesses many of its original features such as the stoned arch in the kitchen area and more than hundred years old original antique wooden doors refurbished by best Croatian artists.
My favorite thing is to walk along the seaside path located 30 meters below apartment Sand Beach, right by the sea and the picturesque 12 km long Lungomare Promenade.
In Villa Minach few steps away from the Apartment Sand Beach Hungarian Prime Minister Gyula Andrássy and Earl spent the last days of his life as a political rebel and advocate for the Dual Monarchy. Rumor has it that Empress Elisabeth three unofficial visits Villa Minach so many today entertain speculation about the secrets of their relationship. In front of the Villa is a memorial plaque Gyula Andrássy-and-her which belongs thanks to their hero.
