Bright and spacious apartment in a green and peaceful location, situated on the 1st floor of a family house, consisting of a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with a convertible sofa, 4 BEDS and 2 BATHS. Ideal for families and big groups of friends, featuring a large terrace with a BBQ, perfect for convivial gatherings after a sunny day at the beach. Located in a calm neighborhood in Kamen area of Split, 5 min car ride from the nearest beach (Stobreč) and 15 min ride from the city center.
• Calm, residential neighborhood. Free-standing house, surrounded by orchards and olive groves. • Nearest beach 5 minutes away by car (Beach Camp Stobreč) • City center 15 minutes away by car • Grocery shop 10 minutes on foot, shopping mall 7 minutes by car • Bakery 5 minutes on foot (and a bigger one 25 minutes on foot) • Kids’ playground (under the huge rock) 7 minutes on foot • Plenty of restaurants and cafés in the nearby neighbourhood of Stobreč (5 minutes by car) • Best by car (2 free parking places) or Uber • Bus stop 7 minutes on foot (less frequent lines; line 26 and, occasionally, line 25 - see web for of Promet Split) or 25 minutes on foot (frequent lines; lines 24, 25, 60 of Promet Split, as well as some smaller local lines) • Walkable distance to the beach (40 minutes) but bear in mind that the terrain is hilly and it gets hot in the summer
