Šabijan apartments is special for many reasons. For example, a very big green garden, full of colors and a "nature" like feel. In addition, there is a new outside grill in the garden ready for use and we are also glad to provide you with all the needed equipment. There is a big table with seats in the garden where your whole family can hangout out and have a dinner together. Also, the garden was renovated this year, so you can expect a new clean feel. Each apartment of the 4 offered apartments has a separate entrance to the apartment. In this way, guests are provided with the desired distance and privacy! At the entrance to each apartment there are hand sanitizers and a special place for storing shoes! All necessary means for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene are available in the apartments. When changing guests, we have 24 hours available for thorough cleaning, ventilation, disinfection of rooms, terraces and gardens! I have always been told, by my friends and family, that I am a friendly person with a smile. As a father of 2 children, I am a family person. Moreover, I am always there for them and everything I do is motivated by them. In my profession, being a medical doctor, I am required to be polite and treat patients with extra respect, so I bring those qualities to my hosting. I have been doing this for 20 years already, which makes me a highly experienced host. To sum up, from me, Miro Šabijan, and my sons; Marino and Neven, you can expect an extra effort into making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Therefore, a warm welcome and great holidays can be expected by staying in our apartments.
Medulin - once a small fishing village, today is a modern tourist center. It is one of the main centers of Istrian tourism with richly indented coastline. The sea makes up three-quarters of the Medulin Riviera with rich flora and fauna which further enhances a visit to this area. Medulin is a town where you can spend a quiet and romantic but also a dynamic and meaningful holiday. The city is known for its beautiful sandy, pebble and rocky beaches, the most famous being Bijeca. Because of its rich sports infrastructure it is a favorite destination for sporting activities throughout the year, where sports fans can enjoy football, horse riding, tennis, sailing, mini golf, flying, bowling, beach volleyball, diving, the underwater world, and many other water sports. As a matter of fact, just a few hundred meters from Šabijan Apartments there is a horse riding ranch, paintball field and great bicycle roads. Overall, our neighborhood Vrčevan is really a perfect place to relax and get away from all the city noise. It's located only 500 meters from the city center where you can buy all the needed grocery.
