Located on a green peninsula, Amarin Hotel features a Wellness and Spa zone. There are 4 restaurants with special menus for children. The staff were good (Ana Marija who made balloons for the children and Ana Marija at the bar were great). The restaurant is nice and spacious and the food is of good quality. Freshly squeezed orange juice is a nice touch at breakfast. The location is nice as it's on the beach and has a nice sea view with the nearby town in the distance. The children's daycare centre is fantastic as are the indoor pool slides.

Beautiful & breathtaking! People are friendly, the city is very accommodating. Rovinj is still affordable compared to many other Mediterranean treasures. Personally, I love sunshine & sea, but I am also fascinated by history and culture. I find everything in Rovinj. And while on vacation, I want to both rest and to explore... so being here was a dream. Amazing! Highly recommended.
Beautiful town to explore. Many surrounding opportunities for biking and walking along the coast or inland. Easy access to surrounding islands. Climbed the St. Euphemia campanile. Gorgeous views from the top but the climb is not for the faint of heart; the stairs are very worn and scary! Lots of small streets to explore; go beyond the tourist center. Best pizza: Neptun, a block off the main street (Joakima Rakovca 10) and worth the effort to find. High quality food and friendly service. Their entrees looked delicious too. Explore the forest park Punta Corrente (Golden Cape) for beautiful views back towards Rovinj and great picnic and swimming spots. Take the shuttle boat out to Sv. Andrije Island and walk the perimeter path around the island and across the causeway to Maskin Island.
Fantastic place to visit! Always interesting and nice, any season you choose (maybe little too crowded in summer). Nice, friendly locals, clean streets, nice walks and bicycle friendly. Great gastronomy in and around the town.
One of my favorite areas in Croatia. The entire Istrian peninsula was unbelievable. If you're a foodie, just go! Rovinj had a Venetian quality to it that will stick with me forever. Just beautiful.
Rovinj is a delightful, picturesque town. The "old town" is full of photogenic cobbled streets to explore with sea views, and there are wonderful restaurants to eat at (if you book ahead) and many run-of-the-mill restaurants that still offer fresh well cooked seafood. There are great places to swim (beaches tend to be pebbles or rocks) on either the "Golden Cape" (a forested area close to the town), from the rocks around the "old town" or on the two islands that are minutes away by boat. Rovinj is also a good base from which to explore the wonderful hill towns of Istria. If you enjoy a good sunset....wow!
This is a nice old town. Excellent food, very relaxing and friendly. If you plan to swim and tan, choose other place. A couple of places where you can swim near old town are rocky, with excruciatingly uncomfortable access to water via super slippery steps. You will have to buy swimming shoes, because bottom is full of sharp rocks. I am not exaggerating. If you opt to rent two loungers and a beach umbrella it will run you from $30 to $90 (so called VIP are by the Park Hotel) a day.
Tranquil hotel. It was peaceful. Very well equipped fir everything you need for a restful holiday. The food was great, staff were helpful, rooms were clean with fresh towels every day. Views around island were fab with a great ferry system in place to take you to Ravinj and back to hotel hourly. Cannot rate this hotel enough 😊 There was activities taking place if wanted at the hotel also. The old town had lots of cobbled streets to explore with some fab restaurants and plenty of little shops to look at.
We absolutely loved this hotel and we’re glad of everything! Thank you for the bottle and the attention for my wife’s birthday, we appreciated it a lot! The hotel is amazing: spa with interior swimming pool, sauna and fitness. Outside, huge swimming pool and private access to the beach. The old town of Rovinj is 15 minutes walk away. The breakfast is full of choices and absolutely fantastic. Room was clean and at the upper floor, with a beautiful view on the parc and the garden .
Hotel Lone is a beautiful hotel. It deserves the description ‘design hotel’. The decoration and style are modern, tasteful, beautiful, but still remain practical. The beach and pool area are spaceous and inviting. At least in after season the pool and beach amenities are free of charge. The rooms are spaceous with a large patio. The bathroom is clean and offers everything you need. The sauna are clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is humongous and superb 😁
Very Lux island resort minutes away from Rovinjo historic centre , w consistent and timely ferry access. Access to an attached island is included w a pleasant walking path w many “soak up the sun” rocky outcroppings on the beach. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Meals were very good with many items from a typical Istarska cuisine.
Lovely renovated villa / hotel with spacious rooms & comfy bed. Set on the hill looking down to the old town, 5 minute walk into centre, wonderful full breakfast served Family run business, extremely helpful with booking a driver to take us into the Istria hills, which is a must do Lovely verandah for late afternoon G&T or vino
Great location right in the narrow streets of Rovinj . Very pretty hotel , lovely outdoor area for breakfast or lounging . Great breakfast . Lovely front sitting area in lobby. Friendly helpful staff . They made a bagged breakfast since we left before breakfast to meet our ferry to Venice . That was a great plus .
It's in a cool new area of Ronivj, close to nice beaches areas and a natural park. It's not distant from the old town and the hosts are very nice and we felt at home. We are grateful because of the reception of Gloria/Slavica and her family. We will be back there, for sure.
All complex is well organised and have a lot of facilities. Everything is clean and clear and perfect for family vacation. If you like to travel to Rovinj on a daily visit hotel provide you the bus ticket free of charge.
The location of the Hotel is excellent. Old town close to the market. The hotel staff is excellent. Stefano is a lovely, professional host! The breakfast is very good and the chef is so nice!
Very close walking to the old town and also to the hotel areas where you could pay for chair and umbrella for swimming. Free parking was great. Good breakfast.
Such a fantastic hotel. It’s right in the middle of picturesque old town with lots to see. The restaurant and cafe are great, the breakfast was yummy.
New hotel in the old town of Rovinj Great individual rooms Retro design
The hostess who checked us in (Sandra) was very helpful. She made special arrangements for us to have a "take away" breakfast because of an excursion we had booked. The dining room staff were very attentive and food quality was excellent. They offered bicycles at no cost and valet parking. Really great spot. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Rovinj area.
This is an amazing place for family holiday! The kids enjoyed a lot the aqua park and I enjoyed a wonderful morning run along the coastline - there is a grey running alley. The bungalow was great for a family of four! It is very close to the beautiful city of Rovinj and we travelled to Opatia. Highly recommend Polari camping!
Everything was OK, tent was nice, friendly guy dealing with. I would only propose to point out in the tent description; the need to bring your own bedding and pillow (in Italy was already in the tent or it was possible to rent at reception).
Was a perfect place, was my first time doing mobile homes and I never expected that would be so comfortable, have everything we need, even to full bathrooms, nice clean kitchen and big fridge. Pool was great. We loved it
