We are welcoming our guests personaly and we are always at their disposal, but also give guests total privacy. We live nearby and you can contact me if you have any questions and if you want more information ( by phone, in person or via e-mail) - I'll do my best to help you.

Property info

A newly arranged studio apartment is on hire in the vicinity of the beach Kolovare and the old historical centre of the town ( 15-20 minute–walk). In the range there is a bus station, taxi station, McDonald´s, the supermarket, the bank, the laundromat, the post-office, the restaurant. The apartment is modernly furnished and very nice designed. It consists of kitchen, two beds that can be connected and a bath with shower. Bedlinen, towels, kitchen devices (water cooker, microwave oven, electric cooker, refrigerator), cooking and eating appliances. The apartment has its own entrance, its own spacius and sunny terrace with garden furniture and safe, closed parking. Entrance to all the beaches nearby is free of charge. The use of the air-conditioning is included in the rate of the apartment.

Neighborhood info

Our apartment is in a good and safe neighborhood, good for relaxing, perfect place for a nice walk along the promenade, which you can get to the old town. Along the coast, a distance of 5-10 minutes walk there are several beautiful beaches in Zadar (Kolovare, Karma, Punta Bajlo). Kolovare Beach is the most famous beach in Zadar. The beach is partly gravel, partly paved. On the beach is a playground for beach volleyball and other sports on the sand, a green area ideal for relaxation, and a shady part suitable for shelter during the hot sun. On the beach there are showers, changing rooms and toilets. Sports equipment for water sports can be rented. On the beach there are several bars.
