The beautiful designer villa Casa Arbor Blanco, built-in 2020, is a blend of modern and traditional architecture at its best. It is located in a quiet part of Fazana - close to the sea and surrounded by pine trees and olive groves. The villa faces south and is adorned with a spacious terrace and an heated infinity pool with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the Brijuni National Park. It is superbly designed to highlight all the benefits of its location and the panoramic view. It spreads over three floors and 300 square meters and is equipped with the best local materials as well as excellent designer furniture. Also, there is an electric car TYP 2 charger available at the property. On the ground floor, there is also a Finnish sauna with a shower which is also connected to the garden. The garden is ideal for enjoying the sun, but also for and watching the beautiful stars at night. On the mezzanine floor, there is a spacious bedroom with an en suite bathroom and wardrobe. On the first floor, there is an impressive living area with a kitchen and large glass walls through which you can enjoy a panoramic view. The wonderful view of the sea, carefully selected, quality furniture and the beautiful and professionally equipped kitchen allow guests to show their culinary skills. The terrace with an infinity pool extends the entire length of the villa. While enjoying the beautiful sea view the guests can also prepare food in the professionally equipped outdoor kitchen.
