In the village itself there is only one inhabited house so it is an ideal place for a quiet family holiday. At about 5 km distance is the town of Brsec, where one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Croatia is situated, there is also a nearest shop and a restaurant. At only 1.5 km further is the port Brestova, ideal for daily trips to Island Cres or Losinj. Villa was built 1820 and renovated in 2017. On fenced grounds of 1000 sqm there is a pool of 32 sqm with sea water, covered terrace with barbecue and dining table for outdoor dining, 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols, children's playground for the youngest t next to the pool, and one more playground with badminton field, football goals and table tennis. There are three parking lots next to the house. Villa of 200 sqm on three floors in two buildings. On the ground floor of the main house is a spacious „konoba“ with equipped kitchen and fireplace, large table with benches, a separate toilet. This part of the house has a separate entrance. On the first floor there is a beautiful baladur (typical small terrace at the entrance) with a seating area with sea view, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room with sitting set and fireplace, a bedroom with double bed and a shower/toilet in the hallway. On the second floor (attic) there is a bedroom with two single beds which can be joined together, a shower/toilet in the hallway and a bedroom with double bed and private bath /toilet.
