The apartment is situated in an old Zagreb house that has many stories. One of the story is that a famous singer of Zagreb chansons lived here. Some of the chansons she sang were written by the founder of the Zagreb chanson school - Milan Lentic, whose grandson is the owner of this apartment. The house was structurally strengthened after the earthquake and is currently in the final stage of aesthetic improvement of the building. Nearby this apartment is the Stari fijaker restaurant, which has an excellent selection of old Zagreb dishes. Next to the entrance to the Gric Tunnel is the Crni macak bar. Tuskanac garage is located at a distance of 250m, a 2-minute walk.

The apartment is located in the very center of Zagreb in Mesnicka street, which is one of the oldest streets in the city. Even today covered with cobblestones, it takes us back to ancient times and leads to the world of the old town, Gric and Kaptol. From this apartment, in just a few minutes you can reach the sights of the oldest part of the city, St. Mark Church, St. Catherine Church, the Lotrscak tower, the Museum of the City of Zagreb, the Museum of Broken Relationships, the Klovicevi dvori Gallery, the Stone Gate... Opposite the apartment are the Capuchin steps that lead from Mesnicka to Matoseva Street. The stairs were named after the nearby Capuchin monastery. They are also called the Witch's Stairs because of its darkness and the stories about witches who use to walk down that stairs to get to the witch meeting.
