This newly renovated and spacious apartment is situated in one of the city’s most beautiful buildings Villa Munz, built in 1905. Experience true royal living and history of Pula in an extraordinary home with soul. Book this amazing 100m2 flat designed comfortably for your stay with two large bedrooms, bright living space, big kitchen, beautiful bathroom, large windows and high ceilings (above 3m), just a few steps from a multitude of the main tourist attractions, sea, parks and restaurants. Each bedroom has King size bed (200x180 cm), large LED TV (multi-channel), A/C, large wardrobe, work/makeup desk and mirrors. Bathroom is equipped with heated floor, large walk-in shower, washing machine, hair dryer, big mirror and enough space to relax and enjoy in your daily routine. Large living room with 65" LED TV, big sofa, A/C, spacious kitchen and dinning area will provide enough space to prepare your meals, watch favorite TV show and hang out with your family or friends over a glass of wine. Apartment is also equipped with modern heating system perfectly adapted for your comfort requirements throughout the whole year. Private one-car garage space included in price (200m away).
