What makes our facility unique is that you are the only users of the below. There are no other guests. The facility is free-standing with capacity for 4+1 persons, total area of ​​70m2 with a terrace. There is a swimming pool dimensions 8x4m, with a garden of approx. 700m2. Under the walnut tree in the shade is a place to rest on deckchairs and swings. In the garden there is a small summer kitchen with a barbecue. Parking is fenced with automatic gate enough for 2 cars. There is a supermarket across the road. You can walk to the center of the town in 10 minutes, if you decide to visit the beach Bijeca on foot, a trolley is available for your belongings. We offer 4 family bicycles at your disposal completely free of charge, with which you can reach the beach in 15 minutes.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet even though all the neighbors are in the rental business. There is an excellent butcher shop and supermarket nearby. We are at the very entrance to Medulin, and we successfully avoid the crowds that arise by the sea.
