The food provided for breakfast and dinner was various and very tastefull!

This was our first time in Punat but surely not our last.
This was our first time in Punat but surely not our last. The village is small but very cozy. It has a number of good restaurants, cafés, ice cream stalls and the access to the beaches is easy. There is also an abundance of boat reantals, paddle boards, bikes, etc. for rent. There is als a very nice FKK area 15 minutes away by car.Goeran47Austria - 10Scored 10

Punat is very nice place, clean, great for walks around the sea and harbour. You can find there a lot of cafés, restaurants, ice-cream stands, the best bakery! It is a good start point to explore the area around (with a car). Beaches are a bit crowded during July and August, but if you are not a type of person who wants to spend a whole day at the beach, this is a place for you. I would recommend to rent a boat and explore nearest bays and creeks, ideally with a snorkeling equipment :)

The beach is covered with small pebbles, inside rocky (with sea urchins). The sea was very clean and the marine traffic in the strait is fantastic (very crowded strait, especially at sunset). The only supermarket of Punat is a Trgovina.htzoltanHungary - 10Scored 10

Very nice place, close to restaurants, bakery, supermarket...There is a playground for small kids nearby, which parents will appreciate. Small town with big marina and nice beaches. We would love to come back here again:-).

Punat is a small town on Krk.
Punat is a small town on Krk. Very peaceful place and perfect for family. In the center of the town you have a port and you can rent a boat easily (I recommend in the center of the town). You have as well Cable Krk in Punat, you can do wake or water ski. Couple of restaurants in the center are very nice and I will recommend to go to Boocon or Konoba Sidro. In Krk, you should visit Vrbnik with the wine cellars and finish in restaurant Nada with a beautiful view.AndreaFrance

The facilities and equipment (even the kitchen tools) of the apartment were just perfect. Everything done with care, it really feels like a second home. Parking is free under the olive trees in the closed yard of the house. The supermarket is about 10 minutes away on foot, the beach and the "city center" are both about 20 minutes walk from the apartment. I can only recommend this place.

Do not look for animating, organized program or obsessive night life. It's just simply beautiful place to be and observe the surroundings of the island of Krk. The hosts were both very welcoming and helpful, we booked a 3-room apartment, which was perfect for our family. You can enjoy beautiful sunsents and it's not too hot inside at all. Perhaps a bit aged but very clean and homie. Hvala!

There is air-conditioning, a small terrace and all the basic equipment in a house to be independent. The owner was always really kind, even brought some fresh figs from his tree :) . Although he doesn´t speak English very well, all time was trying to communicate with us. He lives in the ground floor, so always available to help in any matter.

For a person traveling with a dog it is important to know that there is a really pretty beach for dogs in Punat, but it is a little further from the city center, so we were driving there by a car. The room was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Daily cleaning service was really good option. Beds are comfortable with lot of cabinets and storing place. A bit old fashioned the look like, but compared to other 3 stars hotel is value for your money.
